"My husbands insurance agent, Jonathan, lied about coverage which ended up costing us $900 out of pocket after an accident. My husband confronted Dale, the owner, about the situation after he dodged our calls several times. Dale said that Jonathan should pay for the repairs out of his personal pocket, which obviously didn’t happen. He told Dale he was going to leave a review on his experience and Dale stated he “don’t give a crap” (wow, how professional of him). These people do not care about you or your coverage. Dale is only trying to make money & go home. No sympathy for others what so over. We took our business elsewhere QUICK LIKE and would not recommend Dale Niflong to our worst enemy."

"100% do not recommend this company. David my "insurance rep" acted like it was his first day when I was setting up my insurance. After the money was paid they then decide to come look at my house which is in process of some minor repairs. They refused to cover my house and kept my payment without any refund. Do yourselves a great favor and do not get in bed with this company they are thieves."

"I got the brisket dinner plate and it was a very small portion for what i paid for it and they brought it out and it was very cold so i asked could they warm it up and they took it back for about 5 minutes and brought it back out still cold so i just ate it like it was but it was definitely not worth the money at all it had a good flavor to it so maybe if they could serve you a little more and bring it out hot it would be good"
