"I dealt with this State Farm office/agency following the passing of my father almost two years ago. He had his home insured here, and I attempted to transfer the policy to my name as the new owner. The agent repeatedly assured me the transfer was complete and coverage was active. At the same time, I received letters from State Farm stating there was no policy in effect.
The agent told me I needed to pay State Farm up front to make the policy effective, which I did. Despite my payment and ongoing assurances, I continued receiving both cancellation notices and bills. I had also transferred my father’s vehicle policy to a different agent and was told by this office that a refund check would be mailed to me. I never received it despite almost two years of following up.

Countless phone calls went unanswered or resulted in empty promises of callbacks that never came. Even after speaking directly to the lead agent/owner, I only received one return call out of several attempts. There is no accountability or integrity in this office. All I ever received was repeated misinformation and failure to refund my money. I'm done calling trying to resolve the issues. Trying to do business with them has been incredibly frustrating and costly.

I have call logs, payment records, and correspondence to support this. This experience shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for insurance needs. State Farm corporate and the Georgia Insurance Commissioner have been notified."
