"I have been a client for 11 years and have been really happy with them until recently. Two instances where I emailed them multiple times as nobody would return my call and still no answer, to a few simple questions. I had to drive to the office(1 hour away), just so that I could speak with someone. This has now happened twice to me. I am starting to doubt my choices with staying with them as the customer service is starting to slack off."

"Be warned.ive never had any problems with my car insurance but they will want you if your getting life insurance to put down a 1st month payment. If they cancel your policy they will try to keep your money and claim they are putting it on your car insurance. Which like me I need my money back..they only do this mess to certain people..I'm starting to get dissapointmented in them"

"I got the brisket dinner plate and it was a very small portion for what i paid for it and they brought it out and it was very cold so i asked could they warm it up and they took it back for about 5 minutes and brought it back out still cold so i just ate it like it was but it was definitely not worth the money at all it had a good flavor to it so maybe if they could serve you a little more and bring it out hot it would be good"
